At the roundabout, 4 miles from CAMBORNE, take the 4th exit on to Carwin Rise heading to B3302/B3301/Hayle/Helston
After about 0.2 mile - at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Guildford Rd.
Then after 0.4 mile continue on Wheal Alfred Rd for 2.0 miles.
Turn left at B3302/Hayle Rd and continue to follow B3302 for 1.2 miles
In LEEDSTOWN turn right onto B3280 to TOWNSHEND.

On entering TOWNSHEND proceed through the crossroads for approximately ¼ mile and PORTHLEAH is the last property on your left just past the 40 mph sign.
